Taking payments online when Stripe says no
Take payments on your site when Stripe refuses or closes the account: the right provider for your business, integrated, with a fallback.
Stripe, PayPal and Shopify Payments refuse or close without notice the accounts of businesses that are perfectly legal in France: CBD, alcohol, e-cigarettes, food supplements. Stores end up pulling their best-selling products. There are three ways through: a gateway linked to your bank's distance-selling contract (PayZen, Systempay, Monetico), a more flexible European provider (Mollie, Viva, Stancer), and as a last resort a specialised acquirer.
We choose the route with you, prepare the file, integrate the provider into your store and configure a fallback. Money goes straight from your customer to your account: we never touch the funds, we are an integrator, not a payment institution. The final acceptance belongs to the provider; we ask for it in writing, product by product.
What is included
- Provider chosen for your activity: CBD, wine and spirits, e-liquids, food supplements, adult products, regulated services
- Integration of PayZen, Systempay, Monetico, Mollie or Stripe: payment, refunds, notifications, unpaid follow-up
- Application file prepared with you: company registration, certificates, terms of sale, product list, your bank's distance-selling contract
- Fallback provider configured: if the main one cuts you off, the store keeps taking payments
- Subscriptions, instalments, PDF invoices and receipts
- Migration from a closed account without losing orders in progress
Who it is for
- A CBD store whose Stripe or Shopify Payments account was closed
- A wine merchant, a producer or an e-liquid seller selling online
- A food-supplement or adult-products brand
- Any store that wants a fallback provider before the outage
Common questions
Stripe closed my account, what now?
Do not open another account elsewhere under a different name: it will be closed too. We identify the route that accepts your catalogue, prepare the file and connect the new provider; orders in progress are carried over. Allow one to three weeks, mostly on the provider's side.
Can CBD be sold online with card payments?
Yes, for compliant flowers, resins, oils and cosmetics. Mollie accepts after review; a distance-selling contract from your bank linked to PayZen or Monetico also works. Seeds and neo-cannabinoids get accounts closed: they stay out of the catalogue.
What about tobacco?
Distance selling of manufactured tobacco is forbidden in France (CGI art. 568 ter). No provider will accept it, and neither will we.
How much does it cost?
From 1 300 € for one integrated provider with refunds and notifications. The fallback provider, the application file and subscriptions are options in the estimate. The provider's own fees, a commission per transaction, are separate and depend on your activity.
Do you route payments through your own accounts?
Never. Every contract is in your company's name and the money lands in your bank account. We integrate and we support the application; the provider is the one who accepts or refuses.
